Miketel Data Networks usually work in proximity with our customers, project management teams, and data centre engineers to ensure that the original data centre design requirements are met. The installation of the racks, cabinets and electrical equipment forms the backbone of our Data Centre infrastructure.

Operationally, our maintenance and support services are deployed to satisfy all Data Centre network requirements depending on the nature of the services, location, and the type of equipment. Our experienced field engineers are multi-vendor trained to handle any network or equipment faults and to professionally resolved these network faults immediately.
​
Every callout is dependent on the nature of the fault, spares required, SLA, and OLA, after which a field service engineer is dispatched to go resolve the fault. The fault is usually resolved within the OLA especially if the fault is a service affecting fault.
