Our C.E.O, Michael Tindan, is a telecommunications engineer who has brought over 25 years of industry experience to help lead and manage Miketel Data Networks into the successful company that it is today. He is also a chartered engineer – CEng whose innovative approach and strong leadership skills has been vital in the growth of our business, and his wealth of experience in radio/television & electronics engineering, has helped us to provide services of the highest standards. Over the past two decades, Michael has worked in a variety of roles in many distinguished organisations such as Vodafone UK, Telent Technologies, British Telecoms, M.J Quinn, Kelly Communications, Tv3 Network Ltd and the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority. Not only has he contributed to the growth of these companies, but he has continued to meet the ever-increasing demands for network expansion by building secured and reliable network infrastructures for high speed internet broadband. He has also managed several projects on optical fibre roll out, network capacity upgrades, and multiples of 5G and small cell roll out.

He currently holds an MBA, MSc, BEng (Hons), CEng, HDip, FTC and is a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET) within the UK. With his wealth of knowledge and passion for sharing it, he has also provided extensive training to apprentices, field engineers and various other professionals within the industry.
